This patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a tummy tuck, liposuction of her lower back, and a Brazilian butt lift.
On examination, Dr. Agha noted that the patient mainly had lower abdominal tissue excess and would benefit from a mini-tummy tuck with abdominal liposculpting. Examination of her back was remarkable for lower back and flank fatty excess (lipodystrophy)mas well as buttocks deflation and sagging.
During a 4 ½ hours surgery, Dr. Agha first liposuctioned the patient’s central abdomen and waist for a total of 520 mls. After turning the patient, he then liposuctioned the patient’s mid and lower back, sacrum, and love-handles for 1800 mls.
The harvested fat was then washed, cleaned, and mixed with antibiotics. A total of 510 mls of fat was then grafted into the buttocks on each side to fill the deflated skin, create shape, and fullness.
He then turned the patient over and completed a mini-tummy tuck on her.
Patient’s post-operative photos were taken at about 6 months after her surgery.
