This patient in her forties presented to our office for a tummy tuck redo as well as liposuction and buttocks enhancement. The patient wished to have her back and thighs liposuctioned and to have that unwanted fat to be used for buttocks fat transfer.
During a 5 hours surgery, the patient’s back, flanks, front and back of her thighs were liposuctioned using the gold standard tumescent technique for 3000 ml of fat. The fat was then washed, processed, and 450 ml was injected into the center of each buttock cheek for buttocks augmentation. This was followed with a low-cut, partial tummy tuck and pubic lift in the front. The patient had a partial tummy tuck since she had already had a tummy tuck years before. Nevertheless, her abdominal muscles were retightened again.
Patient’s Brazilian butt lift and tummy tuck redo pictures were taken at about 12 months after her surgery.
