Patient Details
This patient in her fifties presented to The Aesthetic Centers bothered with her belly after a tummy tuck by another surgeon as well as excess hip rolls. The patient also wished to undergo liposuction as well as fat transfer to her buttocks.
On examination, the patient was noted to have buttocks asymmetry with the right butt being smaller than the left, hip tissue excess and laxity, mons laxity, as well as an uneven abdominal scar.
During her surgery, Dr. Agha liposuctioned her central abdomen and used the fat to augment and make her buttock cheeks more symmetrical. He then revised her tummy tuck and extended the incision to cut the excess skin of her hips that the patient was bothered with. He also performed a monsplasty.
