You are looking at early results of a lower body lift with vertical thighplasty. This 44-year-old patient from Washington DC underwent a lower body lift with buttocks reshaping and augmentation and a vertical thighplasty during an 8 1/2 surgery by Dr. Agha. A vertical thighplasty is not a thigh lift. It reduces the thigh circumference and thus is a thigh reduction procedure.
