Vertical Thigh Lift BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 2

This 37 year old female from Pennsylvania lost 140 pounds through gastric bypass surgery. She subsequently had a tummy tuck with excision of her navel by another surgeon. She presented to The Aesthetic Centers for a lower body lift and navel reconstruction. Her pre-operative weight was 147 pounds. The patient had a single-stage lower body lift procedure. This included circumferential tummy tuck with reconstruction of the navel, buttock Lift, upper buttock augmentation with her own lower back tissue, lower buttock fat transfer, lower body lift, Spiral thigh lift, and vertical thighplasty. Post-operative pictures were taken at 6 months.
