This 51 year old weight loss patient presented to The Aesthetic Centers for a total body lift after losing over 50 pounds through exercise and diet. On examination, the patient was found to have breast and buttocks deflation and sagging as well as lower body laxity. The patient underwent a single-stage total body lift procedure which included monsplasty, circumferential tummy tuck, outer thigh lift, buttock lift, buttock augmentation with her own tissue, and an anchor-type breast lift. Post-operative pictures were taken at 3 months after her body lift surgery.
