TOTAL BODY LIFT BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 26

After losing over 100 pounds through laparascopic gastric bypass surgery, this 41 year old female can came to The Aesthetic Centers for a total body lift. On examination Dr. Agha found the patient had breast deflation and asymmetry, tuberous breast shape, arm tissue laxity, buttock deflation and sagging, significant lower body and thigh laxity. During the patient’s two-stage body lift procedure, the first stage included a tummy tuck, monsplasty, outer thigh lift, spiral thigh lift, lower body lift, buttock augmentation with her own lower back tissue, and buttock lift. During her second stage she underwent a peri-areolar breast lift, breast augmentation with silicone implants, and L-brachioplasty. Post-operative pictures were taken at 9 months after her last procedure.
