TOTAL BODY LIFT BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 16

This is a 38 year old female from Los Angeles who presented to Dr. Agha for for Revision Plastic Surgery. After losing 70 pounds of weight through gastric bypass surgery, the patient had had a tummy tuck and breast augmentation. On presenting to Dr. Agha, the patient wished to have correction of her lower body laxity, revision of her tummy tuck, and breast implant exchange with a breast lift. Patient also desired to have a buttock lift with buttock reduction. Dr. Agha performed a lower body lift that included circumferential abdominoplasty, buttock reduction, buttock lift, monsplasty, and outer thigh lift. She also had a peri-areolar breast lift with implant exchange for silicone implants. Patient’s post-operative pictures are shown at 12 weeks after her body lift procedure.
