TOTAL BODY LIFT BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 14

This is a 47 year old female who presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a total body lift after significant weight loss through laproscopic gastric bypass surgery. The patient had lost 133 pounds after her weight loss surgery. At 5 feet 6 inches and 171 pounds, her pre-operative BMI was 27.6. She was unhappy with the skin laxity and excess following her bariatric surgery and was interested in body contouring. With regards to her breast, the patient desired a breast lift with fat transfer to her breasts.

The patient underwent a 2 stage total body lift. The first stage included thigh liposuction and vertical thighplasty, and dermal-bra suspension breast lift. The second stage included a lower body lift, circumferential tummy tuck, buttock lift, buttock augmentation with her own lower back tissue, Spiral thigh lift, and fat transfer to her breasts. Post-operative pictures are taken at 15 months after her total body lift procedure.
