Patient Details
This patient in her late 50s presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a lower body lift surgery after significant weight loss. The patient had already had a tummy tuck locally where she resided.
On examination Dr. Agha noted that the patient had a slanted navel as well as a healed tummy tuck incision that was slightly higher than ideal. Together with the patient, Dr. Agha planned to perform a lower body lift as well as a thigh reduction procedure for her.
During the procedure the patient underwent a tummy tuck scar revision, thigh lift, liposuction of her saddlebags, vertical thighplasty, buttocks lift, buttocks augmentation with lower back fat pads, and buttocks fat transfer. Patient’s postoperative results are shown at six months after her lower body lift surgery.
