This is a 38 year old female who lost 100 pounds through laproscopic bariatric surgery. Her pre-operative weight was 160 pounds. The patient had a single-stage lower body lift procedure. This included circumferential tummy tuck, buttock Lift, upper buttock augmentation with her own lower back tissue, lower buttock lipoaugmentation, lower body lift, and Spiral thigh lift. Post-operative pictures were taken at one year.
