This 30-year old female was unhappy with her long forehead and uneven hairline. She presented to Dr. Agha for his signature forehead reduction and forehead bone shaving. Her hair line was at 8 cm from her brow and her right side was noted to be higher than the left. To reduce her forehead length and to make her hairline more even, Dr. Agha performed a hair-line lowering procedure on the patient. During this surgery, patient’s hairline was lowered to 6 cm which is the normal length for a female individual.
