This patient in her early forties wished to have her forehead shortened since it made her look older than her age. The patient’s forehead was 9 cm on examination. During a 3 hours forehead reduction surgery, Dr. Agha advanced the patient’s scalp forward by about 1 inch and lowered her hairline. This not only shortened her forehead, but also made her look younger since long foreheads are associated with ageing face.
Patient’s post-op forehead reduction pictures were taken about 5 months after her surgery.
