Deep Plane Facelift and Deep Plane Necklift

This lovely 40-year-old female presented to Dr. Agha for a facelift. In examination, she was found to have fullness of the neck, sagging of the jowls, and fullness of the cheeks. Dr. Agha employed an extended deep plane facelift for this patient which addresses the lower face and neck without deforming the patients face. In Dr. Agha’s practice, this type of lifting allows you to lift the cheek better than classic lifts, without giving a frozen or pulled look and natural expressions are preserved.
