FACELIFT & NECKLIFT BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 5

This 55-year-old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for face lift and neck lift procedures in order to tighten her skin and proportion her face. The patient underwent a mini-face lift with neck lift and fat transfer to her cheeks. The mini- facelift gave the patient a youthful appearance by tightening skin and reducing facial sagging. The procedure significantly aided in reducing the sagging around the cheeks, eyes, and jawline. The tightening of the skin around the patient’s eyes also helped to brighten and widen her eyes; giving her a youthful appearance.

The patient’s neck lift gave her a stronger jawline which added symmetry to the face and also reduced the appearance of wrinkles and sagging skin. Finally, the fat transfer to the patient’s cheeks helped proportion her cheeks to the rest of her facial features. The fat transfer also helped boost and plump the cheeks, lifting the overall appearance of her face and removing the look of sagging skin around the cheek area. Proportioning the patient’s cheeks through fat transfer and plumping the cheeks in this way helped give the patient not only a more youthful and vibrant look, but also helped to add symmetry to the face as a whole. The patient achieved a natural look, since Dr. Siamak Agha places incisions that are hidden in areas that appear to be natural wrinkles.
