This 27 year old female presented to Dr. Agha for a nose job as well as chin enhancement. On examination, the patient was noted to have a nose bump as well as a drooping and wide nasal tip. She was also noted to have a small chin.
To balance her facial structures, Dr. Agha performed a chin augmentation on the patient through an incision within her mouth. An anatomical silicone implant was used to enhance her chin. He also performed an open rhinoplasty, reducing her nasal tip and hump, while lifting her nasal tip.
Her chin augmentation after pictures were taken at about 6 months after her surgeries.
