MALE BREAST REDUCTION BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 15

This 47 year-old body builder presented to Dr. Siamak Agha at The Aesthetic Centers in Newport Beach for gynecomastia correction. The patient was unhappy with the breast tissue that he had behind his nipple areolae. Although the amount of breast tissue was small, the patient found the nipple prominence too much when contracting his chest muscles. On physical examination his chest was remarkable for nipple areola protrusion and breast excess tissue behind his nipple areolae.

Dr. Agha performed excision of the breast tissue behind his nipple areola and around it under local anesthesia. Although the needed correction was small, the results had to be super accurate since the smallest excess or over-correction would immediately show up on such defined chest and body. Patient’s surgery was performed through a small incision placed around his areola.
