MALE BREAST REDUCTION BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 6

This 28 year old man presented to The Aesthetic Centers for male breast reduction andliposuction of his upper abdomen. The patient already had undergone liposuction of his lower abdomen and flanks by another plastic surgeon. The patient was unhappy with the fullness of his chest and upper abdomen relative to his lower abdomen. On examination, the patient was found to have a mild degree of fatty fullness of these areas. Patient also had good skin quality making him a suitable candidate for liposuction. The patient underwent tumescent liposuction of his breasts, chest, and upper abdomen. About 2,000 cc of lipoaspirate was removed from these areas. Post-operative pictures are taken at 6 months after his liposuction.
