BREAST REDUCTION & INTERNAL BRA LIFT BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 10

This patient in her twenties presented to our office with a desire to have smaller uplifted breasts. The patient was a DD cup size and wished to be a full C after these procedures.

During a 4-hour surgery, patient’s breasts were reduced through an anchor-type incision.  The reduced breast tissue was then reshaped into a breast mound and placed at a higher position over the chest muscle via the use of an internal bra, aka the dermal bra.  This comprehensive breast lift procedure is known as the Internal Dermal-bra breast lift. The patient’s after pictures were taken 1 year after her breast reduction and internal bra breast lift.
