This 48 year old female who presented to Dr. Siamak Agha with symptomatic macromastia. The patient had symptoms of neck and back pain. She wished to have an average cup size C after her breast reduction. Dr. Agha performed a Wise-pattern (anchor-incision) breast reduction, removing over 2 pounds from each breast. POst-operative pictures were taken at 3 months after her surgery.
