This 27 year old female presented to Dr. Agha with uneven breasts as well as significant breast ptosis (sagging). The patient wished to undergo breast reduction with lift. A Wise-pattern breast reduction and lift technique was performed on both sides with more breast tissue being removed from the right breast. Post-operative breast reduction pictures were taken at 6 months.
