This 50 year old female presented to Dr. Agha with symptomatic macromastia. The patient had neck and back pain, and was unable to exercise due to her large breast size. She wished to undergo breast reduction. A Wise-pattern breast reduction technique was performed with removal of about 1 Ib of tissue from each breast. Post-operative breast reduction photos were taken at 4 months.
