This 36 year-old female patient was unhappy with the shape of her breasts after a previous breast augmentation with saline implants. Both her implants ad her breasts were low on her chest. She desired to rounder uplifted breasts. The patient underwent implant exchange for 385 cc silicone implants, breast implant pocket correction, and an anchor-type breast lift by Dr. Agha.
Post-operative pictures of her surgery were taken at about 9 months after these procedures.
