This 39 year-old female presented to Dr. Agha for a 360-degree mommy makeover. The patient wished to have her pre-pregnancy body restored after motherhood. Specifically, she wished to have her breasts uplifted, her tummy flattened, and her curves and contour reshaped.
On examination, the patient was found to have grade 2 ptosis of her breasts (moderate sagging). She also had fullness of her abdomen and waist areas as well as her flanks. To optimally contour the patient and restore her pre-pregnancy physique, Dr. Agha planned to perform his signature high definition tummy tuck as well as his signature internal dermal bra breast lift. He also planned to liposuction the patient’s waist and flanks in order to reshape her body into an hour-glass form.
