BREAST IMPLANT REMOVAL AND BREAST LIFT BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 25

This 41 year-old female presented to Dr. Agha for breast implant removal and breast lift. The patient had a ruptured left breast implant. She also felt that her breasts were too large and wished to have them smaller. Dr. Agha planned to remove her implants and to further reduce her breasts according to her desired cup size. During surgery, after removal of the implants and breast reduction of about 100 grams (1/2 cup size), Dr. Agha completed his signature internal dermal bra breast lift and reshaped her remaining breast tissue to create a rounder and more uplifted result.
