BREAST IMPLANT REMOVAL & BREAST LIFT BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 2

This patient in her early 40s presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a breast lift revision as well as implant removal surgery.

On examination it was noted that her breasts were asymmetrical with the left implant being higher than the right one. Patient also had asymmetrical breast shape with asymmetrical areolae and the right areola being stretched out. Despite a previous anchor type breast lift, she still had misshapen breasts. During a 4 hours surgery, Dr. Agha removed the patient’s implants and reshaped and lifted the deflated breasts.  As you can appreciate from her results, the patient now has a far more symmetrical breasts that are round and naturally shaped with areolae that are symmetrical.  Her post operative pictures are also remarkable for perfectly placed thin scars. Patient’s post operative pictures were taken at 12 months after her surgery. 

You’re looking at pictures of a patient who presented to Dr. Agha for a breast lift as well as a desire to have her breast more even. The patient’s left breast was larger than the right one by about half a cup size and she had significant deflation and sagging of both breasts. During a 4 1/2 hours internal dermal bra breast lift surgery, Dr. Agha performed a breast lift with the left sided breast reduction. As you can appreciate her breasts are now far more symmetrical per care and round there in nature with Trix size Roli around.
