This 41 year-old female presented to Dr. Agha for breast implant removal. The patient had a ruptured implant. She also felt that her breasts are too large and wished to have them smaller. Dr. Agha planned to remover her implants and to further reduce her breasts according to her desired cup size. During surgery, after removal of the implants and breast reduction of about 100 grams, Dr. Agha completed his signature internal dermal bra breast lift and reshaping for this patient.
Patient’s post-operative pictures were taken at about 12 months after her surgery. Note the patient’s beautiful, round and full breasts that are a result of her internal bra procedure.
