This 31 year-old patient presented to Dr. Agha desiring to have her implants removed. The patient was concerned about Breast Implant Illness and did not wish to have her implants anymore. The patient also did not wish to have the capsules around the implants removed.
During a short 1-hour surgery, Dr. Agha removed patient’s silicone implants from her breasts.
This patient’s breast implant removal after pictures were taken at about 6 months after her surgery. As you can appreciate, her breasts retracted well in the absence of implants with no need for a breast lift surgery. Obviously, this degree of retraction depends on many factors, including age, size of the implants, and her breast size before breast augmentation.
