Patient Details
This 47 year-old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha with a desire to have her Saline Implants removed. The patient had previously had a Transumbilical Breast Augmentation five years earlier by another surgeon and was unhappy with the size of her breasts. The patient desired to have her implants completely removed and not replaced. She also did not wish to have any incisions on her breasts nor a Breast Lift.
Dr. Agha thus removed her implants under local anesthesia.
Patient’s before and after pictures are shown here to illustrate how breasts may contract following implant removal. Although in this case, her breasts contracted reasonably, each person may respond differently to implant removal and some patients may require to have skin removal and a Breasts Lift together with their implant removal.
This patient’s before and after pictures are shown at about six months after her implant removal surgery.
