This 60 years old female presented to Dr. Agha specifically for fat transfer to her breasts.
Happy with the shape of her breasts, the patient desired overall fullness of the breasts. To harvest fat cells, Dr. Agha liposuctioned her whole back and love-handles. The fat was then processed, washed, and injected meticulously into each breast while sculpting a rounder shape. About 350 cc of processed, clean fat was injected into each breast.
Post-operative breast fat transfer after photos were taken at 6 months after her surgery when the fat cells take. This means that the fat cells have now developed their own blood supply and are permanent.
