This 27 year old female presented to The Aesthetic Centers for correction of her implant positions after a previous breast augmentation with saline implants. Specifically, the patient was unhappy with the right implant being higher than the left one, and both implants being far apart. Dr. Agha performed closure of the outer aspect of the implant pockets with sutures, lowering of the right implant pocket, and implant exchange with moderate profile 339 cc silicone implants. Post-operative pictures were taken at 3 months after the revision breast augmentation procedure.
