This is a 55 years old female who presented to Dr. Agha for breast implant complication after breast augmentation many years earlier. The patient had deflation of her right saline implant over the course of one week. She had removal of her deflated implant and replacement through her existing areolar incision. Post-operative revision pictures were taken at 6 months after her surgery.
