This 35 year old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha after having had breast augmentation 10 years earlier by another surgeon. Overtime, the patient had developed a mild degree of capsular contractor of the right breast implant. The patient wished to have her implants removed and not replaced. In response to her request, both her breast implants were removed through her original incisions. Post-operative pictures were taken at 4 weeks following her breast implant explantation.
