BREAST IMPLANT MALPOSITION
(DOUBLE BUBBLE DEFORMITY) BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 3

This is a 25 year old female who presented to Dr. Agha 4 years after undergoing Breast Augmentation by a non-Plastic Surgeon (Cosmetic Surgeon). The patient had severe deformity of her breasts, low-lying implants, and stretching of her breast skin. Dr. Agha performed a secondary breast augmentation on her. This included removal of her implants, creation of a new submuscular pocket, and internal reconstruction of her infra-mammary fold, and placement of silicone implants. Post-operative pictures at 6 months.
