BREAST AUGMENTATION BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 64

This 42 year old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Breast Augmentation with Saline Implants. She was a cup size B, but wished to be a full C. Upon examination, Dr. Agha noted that her breasts were asymmetrical. Her right breast appeared to be about 30 cc smaller than the left breast. Also, her right nipple areola and breast were more lateral than the left breast.

To give the patient her desired breast size and adjust for her breast asymmetries, Dr. Agha performed a Breast Augmentation procedure with Mentor moderate profile saline implants. These implants were placed through inframammary fold incisions and in a submuscular pocket. The implants were then filled to 400 cc on the right and 425 cc on the left with sterile saline.

After her Breast Augmentation, the patient’s breasts were much fuller and more symmetrical. The patient’s breast augmentation before and after photos were taken 4 months after her procedure and she was incredibly happy with her results.
