This 42 year old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Breast Augmentation procedure. The patient was a cup size B but wished to be a cup size D. During her consultation, the patient tried on different implant sizers and decided to go with 375 cc implants.
Upon examination, Dr. Agha found that the patient’s breasts were asymmetrical, with her right nipple areola being 0.5cm lower than her left side. Her right nipple areola was also larger than the left. Her breasts also sagged down slightly, creating an undesirable shape, and she desired a more rounded breast shape.
To give the patient her desired breast size, Dr. Agha performed a Breast Augmentation with silicone implants that were placed through inframammary fold incisions and under the chest muscles.
After her procedure, the patient had the larger, fuller breasts that she desired. Her breasts were also much more lifted, perky, and round. The patient’s Breast Augmentation before and after photos were taken 6 months after her procedure.
