BREAST AUGMENTATION BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 53

This 25 year old woman presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Breast Augmentation with silicone implants. The patient was a cup size A but desired to be a small C. She desired larger, rounder breasts, and chose to have Breast Enlargement surgery to achieve the breast size that she wanted.

Dr. Agha began her Breast Augmentation by creating inframammary fold incisions on each side of the patient’s chest. Then, he created a pocket beneath each of the patient’s chest muscles. By creating the pocket beneath the muscle rather than over top of the muscle, he ensured that the implants would have a more natural appearance on the chest, and the contours of the implants would blend seamlessly into the patient’s body. Then, the pockets and implants were washed with triple antibiotic solution. The patient’s silicone implants, which were 339 ccs each, were inserted into each breast pocket. 

After her Breast Augmentation, the patient had a much more curvaceous silhouette. Her Breast Augmentation before and after photos were taken 5 months after her procedure, and she was very happy with her new breasts.
