BREAST AUGMENTATION BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 52

This 41 year old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Breast Augmentation. The patient was a cup size A, but wished to be a full C or a small D. The patient was also unhappy with the size of her nipples and asked to have a nipple reduction as part of her surgical procedure. 

To achieve the patient’s desired breast results, Dr. Agha performed a Breast Enlargement surgery with 339 cc smooth silicone implants which were placed through inframammary folds incisions in a submuscular plane.  Finally, for nipple reduction surgery, a small portion of each nipple was removed, and the incisions were closed. 

After her Breast Augmentation, the patient’s breasts became a voluptuous centerpiece to her petite body, and her nipples were much more proportional to the size of her breasts. The patient’s breast augmentation before and after photos were taken 4 months after her procedure and she was incredibly happy with her results.
