This 27 year old transgender female presented to The Aesthetic Centers with a request to undergo breast augmentation. On examination, the patient was found to have minimal breast tissue. The patient underwent a breast augmentation with saline implants in a submuscular pocket. The right implant was filled to 325 cc and the left implant was filled to 305 cc. Post-operative pictures are taken at 3 months after her breast augmentation surgery.
