This 22 year old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for breast augmentation with silicone implants. The patient was a cup size A and wished to be a full B. She also wished to have a transaxillary approach with scars that are placed in the arm pits.
The patient underwent transaxillary breast augmentation through her arm pit with 275 cc Silicone implants that were placed under the chest muscle.
Breast augmentation after pictures were taken at 1 year after her surgery.
