BREAST AUGMENTATION BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 14

This 27 year old female presented to Orange County plastic surgeon, Dr. Siamak Agha, for a scarless transumbilical breast augmentation.

Patient’s examination was remarkable for large B cup breasts with minor asymmetry.  The right breast was found to be slightly smaller than the left breast.  Also the right breast had a larger nipple areola than the left breast. The patient selected her implant size using Mentor’s implant sizing system.

During a 1.5 hour surgery, the patient underwent scarless breast augmentation in a submuscular plane with 375 cc saline implant on the left and 400 cc saline implant on the right. 

Her post-operative breast augmentation after photos were taken at 8 months after her surgery.
