This 34 year old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Transaxillary Breast Augmentation through armpit incisions.
During her examination, the patient was noted to have B cup breasts. The right breast was slightly larger than the left breast and both nipple areolae were rotated outwards.
During a 2 hours surgery, the patient underwent breast augmentation with 325 cc silicone implant on the left and 300 cc silicone implant on the right through inframammary crease incisions. Both implants were round, smooth, and high-profile gel implants that were placed in a submuscular plane. Also, the patient’s nipple areolae were rotated inwards.
Post-operative breast augmentation after pictures were taken at 6 months after her surgery.
