Patient Details
This 29 year old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a scarless TUBA breast augmentation.
On examination, the patient was found to have nipples that point outwards, especially on the right side. Also, the right breast was noted to be smaller than the left breast.
During a 2 hours surgery, the patient underwent a transumbilical breast augmentation with 350 cc saline implant on the right and 320 cc saline implant on the left. Both breast implants were placed in a submuscular plane. Also, the patient’s nipple areolae were rotated internally.
Post-operative breast augmentation after photos were taken at 12 months.
