This 43 year old mother presented to Dr. Siamak Agha after her final pregnancy for breast enhancement surgery.
On examination, the patient was noted to be a cup size was A on the right and small B on the left. She wished to be a full C. To achieve symmetry, the patient underwent submuscular breast augmentation with a 375 cc round smooth silicone breast implant on the right and a 350 cc implant on the left through inframammary crease incisions.
Her breast augmentation after pictures were taken at 18 months after her procedure.
