This 19-year-old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for breast augmentation surgery with saline implants. On examination, the patient was noted to have very small A cup breasts that were symmetrical in terms of shape and size. During her consultation, the patient tried different implant sizers and wished to have 275 cc implants.
During a 1.5 hour surgery, the patient underwent breast augmentation with 275 cc round saline implants that were placed under her chest muscle through inframammary crease incisions.
This operation not only made her breasts larger, but it also made her body more of an hour glass shape.
Post-operative pictures were taken at 6 months after her breast augmentation.
