This 42-year-old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for TUBA or scarless breast augmentation surgery.
On examination, the patient noted to be a cup size A with the left breast being about 1 oz larger than the right breast. The left breast was also slightly narrower and more saggy.
During consultation, the patient selected 450 cc saline implants since she wished to be a full D cup after her planned breast augmentation.
During a 1 1/2 hour procedure, Dr. Agha performed a scarless breast augmentation for the patient and placed 450 cc round saline implants under her chest muscles.
The implants not only enhanced the patient’s breast size but they also corrected for the minor sagging of the breasts.
