Patient Details
This 31 year-old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha at The Aesthetic Centers in Newport Beach from Los Angeles. The patient was unhappy with her abdominal protuberance and stretch marks after 5 successful pregnancies. The patient wished to undergo a tummy tuck procedure.
On examination, the patient was found to have a moderate amount of abdominal skin laxity and excess with numerous stretch marks. Furthermore, her abdominal muscles were separated and loose. Patient’s mons (pubic region) was also hanging lower than normal.
Dr. Agha planned a full tummy tuck for the patient. During the surgery, the patient underwent a tummy tuck incision from hip to hip to remove excess tissue. Following tightening of her abdominal muscles, a significant amount of abdominal skin was then excised.
Patient recovered well from these procedures. Post-operative pictures are taken at 6 months after her tummy tuck surgery.
