This 39-year-old female presented to Dr., Agha at The Aesthetic Centers for a mini tummy tuck. She was unhappy with her depressed C-section scar and the lower abdominal bulge above it. The patient was not concerned with her abdominal skin laxity, just mainly bothered by her high C-section scar. She did not want a full tummy tuck.
Examination of her abdomen was remarkable for a well healed, higher than normal, but depressed C-section scar with a bulge above the scar.
Dr. Agha, during her 2 hour surgery, performed a mini tummy tuck, liposuction of lower abdomen, and scar excision on the patient.
