This patient in her fifties presented to our office for a reverse tummy tuck procedure. The patient was bothered by the loose skin under her breasts and wished to have a tighter upper abdomen. The patient previously had an anchor-type breast lift and augmentation. She also was found to have an umbilical hernia.
Dr. Agha planned to use her existing breast lift scars at her mammary crease to perform a reverse tummy tuck. During this 3 hours surgery, Dr. Agha removed about 4 cm of upper abdominal skin and tissue and tightened her upper abdominal contour, using existing breast lift scar. He also performed umbilical hernia repair.
Patient’s post-op reverse tummy tuck photos were taken at about 1 year after her surgery.
