This patient in her forties wished to undergo an extended tummy tuck with backlift after losing a significant amount of weight. On examination, the patient was noted to have midback rolls of loose skin as well as a large abdominal pannus.
During a 6-hour surgery, the patient underwent a plus size tummy tuck with monsplasty as well as a bra-line upper body lift.
Patient’s plus size tummy tuck post-op photos were taken 12 months after her surgery.
